The city of Alicante recently hosted the third transnational meeting of the DEVICES project, bringing together partners for three highly productive days of collaboration. The meeting focused on strategic discussions addressing key topics that shape the future of education and employability, including:
- Development of the e-portfolio platform
- Identification of core employability competences
- The role of student employment and labour market analysis
- Effective dissemination of project results
During the sessions, the consortium established a clear vision for the design and functionalities of the e-portfolio platform. Following final technical adjustments and improvements, the platform is expected to become highly user-friendly and ready for use by students and teaching staff. In addition, the upcoming months will concentrate on designing courses aimed at strengthening students’ competences—skills that are essential in today’s dynamic labour market.
The consortium extends its sincere gratitude to the University of Alicante (UA) and, in particular, to project team member Cristina Beans for hosting the meeting and enriching the experience with insights into the city’s fascinating history and culture.
