Report of needs’ analysis published

Our project team led by the University of Alicante has completed a comprehensive needs analysis across Vietnamese and Cambodian universities (Deliverable 2.1) to guide the creation of an innovative digital e-Portfolio platform. Over 3,100 participants – including students, academic staff, and career center professionals – shared their views. Besides the survey the report also inclused a benchmarking study of already existing local digital platforms from the partners’ countries. The results showed a strong demand for user-friendly, multilingual tools that help students document their skills and experiences for future employment. Many were unfamiliar with e-portfolios, highlighting the importance of training and awareness. Students and staff alike emphasized the value of soft skills, reflection, and digital literacy.
