We are happy to inform about the release of Deliverable 4.2 – the Career Management Skills Framework! The document brings together 20 competencies across four interconnected areas, identified through the project’s desk research, partner consultations and surveys with Vietnamese and Cambodian HEIs:
– Self and Personal Management
– Direction and Decisions
– Transitions and Adaptability
– Opportunity Awareness and Career Development
This release marks an important step from research to educational practice. The framework provides a shared reference for partner universities and will guide the development of DEVICES e-learning courses. Together with the DEVICES e-portfolio, these courses will support students in recognising their progress and taking an active role in shaping their careers – during university and beyond.
